We offer fun and entertaining cooking demonstrations in partnership with The Oklahoman’s Food Dude, Dave Cathey, as well as several OKC metro-area chefs like Josh Valentine (Top Chef) and Kurt Fleischfresser.
This summer, Oklahoma City’s culinary minds cooked up tasty outdoor recipes ranging from Asian Fusion and South of the Border to Surf and Turf.
These cooking classes give the customer a new take on outdoor cooking that break away from the typical burgers and hot dogs. With every class we attempt to not just cover grilling, but cooking foods in a smoker as well.

Classes fill up very fast and we can only accept 50 guests per class. You must register and pay prior to coming to the cooking class to make sure that we have enough food for everyone.
